The Greek verb “εὐλαβέομαι”

Limited to Acts 23:10 (some manuscripts); Heb. 11:7, the Greek verb “eulabeomai” means “respect,” “be concerned,” “reverence.”

If this word is the term Luke intended to use in Acts 23:10, it describes apprehension or concern.  The Hebrew writer employed this term to describe Noah’s reverence for God.
