The personal pronoun ἡμεῖς

Found just over four hundred times in the New Testament, the plural of “ego” or “I,” and always a term of emphasis, the personal pronoun “hemeis” meant “us,” “we,” “ourselves.”  The first occurrence of this word is found in Mt. 1:23.  The last occurrence of this word is found in Rev. 22:21.
